Unfiltered exists because some of us are navigating two major changes at once. Perimenopause shifts the hormones, the sleep, the stress tolerance, the body, and sometimes the way we see ourselves. A GLP-1 can change appetite, routines, weight, relationships with food, and the way the world responds to us. When both are happening at the same time, the advice can get confusing fast.
I created Unfiltered because I did not want women to have to separate those experiences just to find support. This box brings the research, honest conversations, practical tools, and products together in one place, so the whole picture gets acknowledged.
