Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Becoming Box subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next month's box, cancellations must be made before the 1st of each month. Cancellations made after the 1st will take effect the following month.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through your account settings on our website, or by contacting our support team. We process all cancellation requests within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, we generally do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped. However, we understand that circumstances arise, and we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a credit at our discretion.
Missing Boxes
If your box has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and either locate your package or send a replacement.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If your first box doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction matters.
