Shipping Policy

Shipping Schedule

Becoming Box ships monthly. Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month. Boxes ship on or before the 25th. You'll receive a tracking email when your box ships.

If you subscribe after the 1st, you'll be billed on the next 1st and receive next month's box.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the subscription price for orders within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping fees.

Delivery Timeframes

After your box ships, standard delivery is typically 5–8 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost, contact us at orders@becomingbox.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We'll work with you to make it right.

Address Changes

To ensure delivery, confirm your shipping address is correct before the 1st of the month. Address changes made after the 1st may apply to the following month's box.

Becoming Box is not responsible for boxes shipped to an incorrect address provided by the subscriber.
